LIKE many Melbourne taxi drivers, Mark McHugh, right, runs his two cabs on liquefied petroleum gas. LPG is not as susceptible to fluctuations in the price of crude oil as petrol and diesel, but Mr McHugh said even the smallest LPG rise hurt.
